The "Noboribetsu City Dietary Life Improvement Promoter Training Course" is a course to train volunteers who will apply the knowledge they have learned to their own health by learning cooking practices, fun exercise experiences, and lifestyle-related disease prevention, and who will then pass on the knowledge they have learned to their families and local communities. If you want to learn about healthy eating habits, why not volunteer to promote health through food under the slogan "Our health is in our hands"?
