The "Sweets & Lunch Buffet," which was held for the first time as a Golden Week special event and attracted over 100 customers every day, will be held for three consecutive months from September to November.
The menu will feature sweets prepared by pastry chef Takashi Naito and dishes that each chef likes and truly wants to make.

For September, the first month, Naito's sweets using matcha green tea and Hokkaido's famous azuki beans will be on the lineup, along with Haskap The Garden Chef Akinori Yamamoto's signature Western cuisine and Japanese dishes that make the most of the season's bounty.

The "Matcha Parfait," a fluffy green tea mousse layered with raspberry sauce, slightly sweetened azuki beans, and rich Chantilly cream, and the "Matcha Shortcake," a Japanese-style cake with sponge soaked in green tea syrup, green tea Chantilly cream, chestnuts, and azuki beans. Naito said, "We will offer a variety of matcha sweets that fuse Japanese and Western flavors by combining Japanese ingredients such as matcha green tea, which is attracting much attention overseas, and large, firm, high-quality Hokkaido azuki beans with a firm skin, with French pastry production methods. He added, "We will offer a variety of matcha sweets that are a fusion of Japanese and Western flavors.
The menu also includes Western-style dishes such as "Mont Saint-Michel Omelette" with the fluffy texture of nutritious eggs, "Pork Brese Sauce Charcuterie" with carefully braised pork and aromatic sauce, and "Chicken Breast Perchard" with fragrant grilled chicken, parsley and garlic. In addition to Western-style dishes, Japanese-style dishes such as tempura and chasoba salad freshly deep-fried from the open kitchen are available. The menu is full of Yamamoto's desire to provide a refreshing meal for those who lack appetite due to fatigue caused by the cold temperatures in the fall.

The second buffet, "Autumn Sweets & Chef's Chinese Buffet," will be held in October, and the third buffet, "Pink Sweets & Chef's Chinese Buffet," will be held in November.
