Winter festival will be held with all the charm of the snow country! In addition to kamakura, Hokkaido sake, hot pot dishes, and seared dishes on a shichirin, there are plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including snow striders, snowmobiles, and fireworks in the snow.

For this event, the volume has been increased with the addition of winter activities, combining the kamakura experience with a large potluck dinner. Eight kamakura are set up, each large enough to accommodate several adults, and visitors can climb inside for fun (for a fee).

A total of seven different types of large pot dishes will be offered on weekends and holidays, changing weekly, with the menu expanded to include grilled marshmallows, amazake, cocoa, and other hot snacks and drinks to enjoy in winter. In addition, sake carefully selected to match the nabe will be available only from January 11 (Sat.) to 13 (Mon., holiday).

Snow striders, popular with children, will be available for rent, and a special course will be set up for snowmobile tours in the closed winter area of Satarando. In addition, there will be a winter fireworks display, a very cold camping experience, a daikon digging experience under the snow, a snow art workshop, and other winter fun experiences.
