The venue is lined with jumbo slides and ice sculptures made from ice carved from Lake Onuma, as well as cute snow sculptures made by local elementary and junior high school students. Activities on the frozen Lake Onuma, such as ice fishing for wakasagi (smelt), snowmobiling, and sledding tours, are also popular.
