"Posture and Walking Class" taught by a physical therapist

A seminar and individual consultation on posture and walking style will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025.
At the seminar, a physical therapist will provide one-on-one support to check your posture and walking style, provide key points for posture and walking style, and provide necessary exercises.
Individual consultations take approximately 10 minutes per person.
This seminar is open to everyone and will teach you the lesson that "changing your posture will change the way you walk."
We look forward to your participation.
Fee
Participation fee: 2,200 yen (tax included)
If you would like a private consultation, it will cost an additional 1,100 yen.
