The Disaster Prevention Festival in Shinhidaka Town will be held in collaboration with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and other related organizations. The event will include an exhibition of disaster response vehicles and the opportunity to ride them, as well as joint rescue training by disaster search dogs, police, fire departments, and the Self-Defense Forces. There will also be a free community cafeteria with a limited number of 100 meals.
