オホーツクブランド認証商品及びオホーツク管内産品の認知度向上を目的として販売している「地場産たくさんオホーツク弁当（通称「オホ弁」）」の販売促進と更なる認知度向上のため、スタンプラリーキャンペーンを実施します。

■応募方法
販売店にて「オホ弁」を購入し、店舗の方に「オホ弁」シールを応募用紙に貼ってもらいます。
※「オホ弁」シールは1店舗につき1枚貼付とします。同一店舗のシールが複数枚貼付された応募用紙は無効とします。
※複数のオホ弁を販売している店舗の場合、どの商品を購入いただいてもシールは1枚とさせていただきます。応募要件を満たしたら、必要事項を記入し、令和8（2026）年2月28日（土）までに販売店舗に設置している応募箱に入れてください。またはHARPフォーム（電子申請システム）からシールを貼った応募用紙の画像を添付してご応募ください。
※1枚の応募用紙で1回応募できます。同一応募用紙で複数回の応募を確認した場合、2回目以降の応募は無効とします。

For the purpose of improving awareness of Okhotsk Brand certified products and Okhotsk region products, and for the sales promotion and further awareness improvement of the "Local Products Abundant Okhotsk Bento (commonly known as "Oho-Ben")" which is being sold, a stamp rally campaign will be implemented.

■Application Method
At sales stores, purchase an "Oho-Ben", and have the store staff affix an "Oho-Ben" sticker onto the application form.
※ Regarding "Oho-Ben" stickers, one sticker per store will be affixed. Application forms with multiple stickers from the same store affixed will be invalid.
※ In the case of stores selling multiple Oho-Ben, even if you purchase any product, the sticker will be one sticker. If you meet the application requirements, please fill in the required information and put it into the application box installed at sales stores by Reiwa 8 (2026) February 28 (Saturday). Or, please attach an image of the application form with the sticker affixed and apply from the HARP Form (electronic application system).
※ You can apply one time with one application form. If multiple applications are confirmed with the same application form, applications from the second time onwards will be invalid.
