Designs, flying style, and other aspects will be judged across 7 divisions, including parent-child, elementary school students to general public, large kites, and train kites.
■ Divisions
Division 1 (Elementary School 3rd & 4th Grade Division, Elementary School 5th & 6th Grade Division)
Division 2 (Parent-child Division, Elementary School 1st & 2nd Grade Division)
Division 3 (Junior High School, High School & General Public Division, Train Kite Division)
Division 4 (Large Kite Division)
■ Participation: Anyone can participate with a handmade kite.
