Okhotsk Clean Meat's hams and sausages are made from pork loin from the Okhotsk region and are famous under the brand name "Okoppe Ham". The company was established in 1996 as a third-sector company of the town. The hand-rolled loin ham is made from carefully selected safe Okhotsk pork, cured for 8 days, rolled by hand, then dried, smoked, and boiled. Bacon is made by the "dry salt method," which is rare nowadays, and we continue to follow the original method of bacon production. We want children to know the taste of truly delicious ham and sausage, so it is used in school lunches at elementary and junior high schools in the town of Kobe.
