Yurigahara Park

About 6400 kinds of flowers welcome you every season. A park for relaxation with a train running around the flower garden

The park covers a vast area of about 25.4 hectares, where about 6,400 kinds of flowers and plants are grown. The park has various flower beds and gardens, including the "World Lily Plaza," where visitors can view about 100 species of lilies collected from around the world, and the "World Garden," created with the cooperation of landscape architects from four of Sapporo's sister cities. The best flowers to see change with the season, so you are likely to encounter different flowers every time you visit from early summer to snowfall. The "Lily Train," a train that takes you slowly around the park, is a must-see experience. You can view the flowers of the four seasons from inside the train. The park golf course and a restaurant with a menu featuring lilies are also popular.
