Overview
The library has a large lawn with poplar trees and brick silos. 1,150,000 books and 31,000 titles of newspapers and magazines.
The Northern Library collects and preserves materials on Hokkaido, the former Sakhalin Island and the Kuril Islands.
The Ehon Corner has a small space for children and adults to enjoy the world of books.
