Opened on April 1, 2005 as a base for providing information on tourism and products of Ishikari City.
It has a store selling Ishikari's specialties and fresh vegetables, and rental bicycles are available free of charge. Goods featuring Ishikari City's beloved characters, "Saketaro and Sakeko," are also available for purchase here.
