Chitose City Disaster Prevention Learning Exchange Center "Sonaeru" is a facility where visitors can learn about disaster prevention and what to do when a disaster occurs through simulated experiences of various disasters such as earthquakes and fires, with the keywords "learn, experience and prepare" for disasters.
The facility will also be used as a base for disaster education, including disaster prevention lectures, first-aid classes, and training for voluntary disaster prevention organizations.
