SPOT
Saraki Cape is located in the Kamegawa district of Kikonai Town. Offshore, it is said to be the resting place of the KANRIN-MARU, which was active at the end of the Edo period.
From the cape, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the Tsugaru Straits and Mount Hakodate.
The volunteer group "Dreaming of Cape Saraki and the Hanrin Maru" has also created a tulip flower bed and a monument of the Hanrin Maru, making it one of Kikonai Town's tourist attractions.
