Kamuikotan Park Campsite
A campsite surrounded by clear streams and forests
Kamuikotan Park Campsite is located in "Kamuikotan", a land of strangely shaped rocks. The campsite, surrounded by clear streams and forests, is an auto-camping site (part of it), where families and groups can enjoy the thrill of outdoor camping. In addition, the Rekifune River, which borders the lower site of the campsite, is a certified clear stream that has been chosen as the cleanest river in Japan many times in surveys by the Ministry of the Environment, and is known as a river that canoeists long for.
This campsite allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors, including not only playing in the water, but also fishing for rainbow trout, Yamabe trout, and Iwana char, taking a walk in the "Kamuikotan Rekibune no Mori Forest Bathing Course" on the opposite bank of the campsite, and experiencing "gold panning" on the riverbank.
