Furano Ski Area

The Furano Ski Area consists of two areas: the Furano Zone, where you can enjoy long courses, and the Kitanomine Zone, where you can enjoy rich variations. In addition to eight lifts, the area is equipped with a 6-seater gondola and a 101-seater ropeway. The ropeway takes approximately 5 minutes to reach the summit station.

Furano Ski Resort continues to be loved by many skiers as a world-class ski resort with well-developed slopes and excellent snow quality.

Furano Ski Resort first gained worldwide recognition at the 1977 FIS World Cup. Since then, Furano has hosted the FIS World Cup a total of 10 times, with the world's top skiers competing in each event. In addition, various competitions and events are held in Furano, including the Snowboard World Cup, the National Athletic Meet, and the All-Japan Championships.

・First run: Saturday, November 30 - Friday, December 6, from 8:30 a.m. to sunset or close of business.
・Normal skiing: Saturday, December 7 - Sunday, March 23, from 8:30 a.m. to sunset or close of business.
・Spring skiing: Monday, March 24 - Tuesday, May 6 (scheduled) 9:00 - 16:00

Fee

[Lift 1-day pass (2024-2025 season)]
・First skiing, spring skiing: Adult: 6,000 yen / 60 years old and over: 5,500 yen / Free for elementary school students
・Normal: Adult: 7,500 yen / 60 years old and over: 6,900 yen / Free for elementary school students
