This is a small ski resort that can be seen directly in front of you from National Route 237 in Shimukappu Village. (There are no signs where you turn off the national highway, so it's hard to find, and once you cross the bridge, you can't cross the road, so be careful.) There are two rope-toe lifts (a type with a plastic backrest attached to a wire), which are rare these days, and can be used free of charge. There are two runs, with a maximum slope of 25 degrees and a longest run of about 1000m. Snowboarding is also allowed. There is night skiing equipment and a snow groomer, but no ski rentals.
