SPOT
A brick-built Japanese-Western eclectic building standing near the highest point of Kōzaka. Completed in 1906 (Meiji 39) at its current location as Japan's first Russian consulate. The current building was rebuilt in 1908 (Meiji 41) after a great fire. Designated Landscape Formation Building.
