SPOT
A brick building of mixed Japanese and Western style built near the highest point of Sachiizaka. Construction was completed in 1906 (Meiji 39) at the present location as Japan's first Russian Consulate. The current building was rebuilt in 1908 after the Great Fire. The building is designated as a scenic building.
