Roadside Station Abira D51 Station
Roadside Station is a tourist information center for the town of Anping, where nature, history, culture, and food are gathered.
The facility includes a direct sales area for local agricultural products, a take-out corner, a special products and bakery corner, and a museum of the railroad that has supported the town's history, where trains such as SLs will be on display. The town of Anping is rich in specialty products such as cheese and Asahi melons, and is also full of diverse attractions such as fields of rape blossoms spreading across the hills, lotus flowers blooming in summer, a snowman post office, an SL, a golf course, and more.
The area is also attracting nationwide attention as the birthplace of the seven-time champion horses Deep Impact and Gentildonna.
Please open the "Abira no tobira" and come and see the various attractions.
