Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO is the representative complex facility in Kushiro adjacent to the Kushiro River.

The name "MOO" was coined from the initial letters of "Marine Our Oasis," meaning "the sea is our resting place" in Japanese. It was chosen from among many entries from the public.

The building has many stores selling a variety of marine products and souvenirs, as well as restaurants and public facilities, and is used by a large number of visitors.
