Kobunkan
This historical building is a faithful reconstruction of a part of the 2nd Kushiro Shimbunya, where Takuboku Ishikawa worked when he stayed in Kushiro for 76 days. On the first floor, there is an exhibition space of materials on Kushiro Port and a cafe (Kobun Cafe) as a port rest area. The cafe offers original menu such as Takuboku café au lait and Takuboku toast. The second floor is Takuboku Museum. There are sofas for visitors to relax and look at various materials. There is also a reading space.
