NPO Sasaki Eisho Memorial Kushiro Marshland Art Museum
This museum is located in the area where the roadside station "Akan Tancho no Sato" is located. The museum preserves and exhibits posthumous works and materials of Eisho Sasaki, who was born in Kushiro and was called the "painter of the marshlands. The collection consists of approximately 600 works, including oil paintings, watercolors, drawings, fish prints, etc. About 30 of these works are on permanent display in three rooms, one of which is used for special exhibitions twice a year.
