Founded in 1994, this restaurant has been a favorite of many people for many years. regrettably closed in 2017, but was revived in 2018 thanks to the passion of one regular customer. The restaurant still recreates 100% of the old taste and is still gaining new fans.

The soup is made by carefully simmering a large amount of ingredients and then squeezing out every drop of umami from the ingredients by hand. It is called "Witch's Soup" because it takes a total of 48 hours to prepare. The delicate flavor of the soup changes dramatically when the toppings are changed.
