This art and exchange facility opened in the Sosei East area of Sapporo in 2025, and will last for 10 years. It is an experimental space that fosters "mixed culture" and "comprehensive arts," where diverse cultures and genres intersect.
Within the limited time frame of 10 years, the goal is to create new value for the city as a hub for art and culture, and leave a sustainable cultural legacy for future generations of Hokkaido.
