SPOT
This waterfall is known as one of the "100 best waterfalls in Japan". You cannot go to the basin of the waterfall, but you can take pictures from the pavilion (observatory) at the back from the parking lot. The observatory, parking lot, and restrooms are well maintained. Please note that you may not be able to see from the observation deck when the trees are overgrown with leaves.
