Access
■On foot
From Kitami Station, proceed on National Route 39 towards Abashiri, and turn left at the intersection of Kitami Shinkin Bank East Branch. From the entrance of Nopporo-ushi Park on the right side of the traffic light at the top of the hill, the Hokumouken Kitami Cultural Center can be seen straight ahead in the back. Required time approximately 25 minutes.
■By bus
From Odori Bus Stop, board Kitami Bus No. 3 (Toryo Sports Park Line) or No. 11 (Koizumi / Hikari no Sono Line).
For both, get off at Bunka Center-mae (in front of the Cultural Center). 2 minutes on foot.
Get off Kitami Bus No. 8 Yuhigaoka Line (Koizumi 8-go ⇔ Nishi 8-go Loop) at Jido Sodansho-mae (in front of the Child Guidance Center). 3 minutes on foot.

For the parking lot, please use the Nopporo-ushi Park Parking Lot.
