A hill with a view overlooking the plains of Tokoro, the Sea of Okhotsk, and Lake Saroma. There is an observation forest ideal for bird watching, a trim and barbecue house for families to enjoy. The park golf course is popular for its well-maintained course. The adjacent Centennial Memorial Tower is 30 meters high, 100 meters above sea level, and has 100 steps inside the tower. It is a symbolic tower built in Forest Park.
