--What was your motivation for making this video?
In order to enter a contest, I made this video in the style of a TV show in the early Heisei era to introduce Kushiro's food culture that has continued since the Showa era, but it was unfortunately not selected. However, it was unsuccessful!
--What kind of people would you like to see it?
I would like people who have never been to a long-established restaurant in Kushiro to see this!
