――What inspired you to create this video?
We made it in an early Heisei TV show style with great enthusiasm to introduce Kushiro's food culture that has continued since the Showa era, for a certain contest, but unfortunately, we were not selected. However, we want many people to see it, so it's now available for everyone to watch!
