"KINUBARI COFFEE ROASTERS" opened in November 2022

"KINUBARI COFFEE ROASTERS" is a coffee shop opened in Kamikawa Town in 2022 by Kinubari Ezomaru, who was born in Yubetsu Town, Hokkaido. Kinubari became interested in guesthouses when he traveled to Southeast Asia as a university student, and discovered the charm and depth of coffee when a specialty coffee bean store opened on the first floor of a guesthouse he helped set up.

Then, in 2017, we launched the brand "Kinubari Coffee", expanded our activities by setting up stalls at events and wholesaling beans, and finally opened "KINUBARI COFFEE ROASTERS" as an actual store in November 2022.

On the day, many friends came to celebrate the opening.

Since its opening, KINUBARI COFFEE ROASTERS has been open from 10:00-19:00, but from June 2023, the opening hours will be changed to 11:00-17:00 Tuesday through Thursday, and 11:00-20:00 Friday and Saturday. The main reason for this is "so that we don't give up on making a living." Kinubari wrote about the reason on note, which has received a great response.
