I was surprised to find out that everyone else was having the same problem.

We asked Mr. Kinubari Ezimaru, who runs KINUBARI COFFEE ROASTERS, about his reaction to the project.

How was the response to the release of the --note?

I was surprised that the article I wrote to announce the change in business hours was read by more people than I had imagined, and I received comments and reactions.

I have always wondered how people around me who are raising children while running a store or running a business manage to do both. I wondered why I couldn't do it myself.

But when I saw the response to this article, I realized that everyone else was struggling too, and I felt a bit relieved, or rather, that it was okay to be worried while doing so.

It is important to be

--What kind of changes have you seen since you shortened your business hours?

First of all, in terms of sales, store sales dropped firmly. This was to be expected, but I still feel uneasy when sales drop.

However, since we have shortened our business hours, we are now able to take time to prepare bagels, which we used to sell irregularly, and we can sell them every day.

In terms of changes in my daily life, I actually don't feel that there has been such a big change, and I still tend to work at the store after closing for some reason. Even so, I think I spend more time at home than before. Especially since we opened an hour later, I have more time in the morning.

It's only been a month since we reduced our hours, so I honestly feel that we haven't been able to make good use of the time we have created. We will continue to try to make better use of the time we have as a store and as a family.

--Thank you very much, Mr. Kinzhang. Any last words?
