Mt. Yotei is also called "Ezo Fuji" because of its resemblance to Mt.
Yotei is one of the most famous mountains in Hokkaido. It has various expressions depending on the season and of course on the angle from which you look at it, so you will discover something new no matter how many times you see it 🔍.

Lighthouse standing quietly in the harbor.
I love going to see the solid appearance of the lighthouse.
Especially when the sun goes down on the lighthouse, it is so beautiful like a painting.

The lighthouse plays an important role in guiding ships. It is beautiful in a somewhat melancholy way as it is illuminated by the setting sun.
Kushiro's sunset is considered one of the three most spectacular sunsets in the world.

Cherry blossoms in full bloom and Mt. Tokachi with lingering snow (Kamifurano Town)
I photographed the cherry blossoms in full bloom and the zebra-patterned lingering snow Tokachi-dake.
It was cloudy, but the soft light illuminated the lingering snow and cherry blossoms, and the thin ground fog gave the photo a sense of perspective.

The contrast between the white of the lingering snow and the pink of the cherry blossoms and the green of the land is beautiful.
It is one of the unique views in Hokkaido to be able to enjoy cherry blossoms and autumn leaves along with snow.
