Enjoy Tokachi to the Fullest at Wakka no Mori, a Glamping & Camping Site Supervised by a Winery!
A BBQ Set to Savor Tokachi, Featuring Toyonishi Beef and Delicious Vegetables
For dinner, you can of course cook for yourselves at the kitchen area, but you can also order a barbecue set packed with delicious Tokachi ingredients. The ready-to-go BBQ set is both delicious and fun!
Meals are served in the space adjacent to the dome tent.
The menu includes a fresh seasonal salad from Tokachi, rainbow trout carpaccio, Toyonishi beef kalbi skewers, Dorobuta pork sausage and shoulder loin steak, grilled Tokachi vegetables, an ajillo with camembert and seasonal Hokkaido ingredients, and clay-pot rice made with "Yumepirika" rice. It also comes with a baguette, the classic BBQ treat of roasted marshmallows, and a gâteau chocolat for 100% satisfaction!
Both the taste and the volume are incredibly satisfying. Best of all, it's fun to grill together!
Furthermore, the condiment corner features original seasonings from Aizawa Winery, such as "grape salt" and "grape jam." Adding a little grape salt to your meat offers a unique twist, allowing you to enjoy a BBQ that's distinctively Wakka no Mori. A dinner grilled and eaten together with everyone is truly special.
Grape salt and grape jam. Try them with vegetables and meat! ◎
With delicious food and wine, plus fully equipped showers and toilets, Wakka no Mori lets you enjoy glamping without bringing a thing. As glamping beginners, we were a bit nervous about our stay, but the staff were incredibly kind and the facilities were so well-equipped that it felt like staying at a hotel! The breakfast was also delicious, and we savored a blissful time surrounded by nature. Why not visit this summer to make some wonderful memories?
