Enjoy Winter in Okhotsk with Alolan Vulpix! Highlights of the 'Kon Kon Vulpix, Come to Okhotsk!' Event
Hokkaido's beloved Support Pokémon, Alolan Vulpix, is the star of 'Kon Kon Vulpix, Come to Okhotsk!', an event series held in the Okhotsk area, primarily in Abashiri City and Ozora Town, starting from Saturday, February 3, 2024. Alolan Vulpix's Drift Ice Day ~Winter~

Alolan Vulpix invites you on a journey to discover the wonders of the drift ice through a spatial presentation that combines real drift ice on display at the 'Drift Ice Experience Terrace' with video created by the experience design company '1-10 (One to Ten)'. Enjoy a beautiful winter's day with this project video!
■Dates: Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Thursday, February 29, 2024
*Phase 2 is from Friday, March 1 to Sunday, March 31

Abashiri City
The 59th Abashiri Okhotsk Drift Ice Festival
An ice slide featuring carvings of the city's Pokémon manhole covers (Poké Lids) and a snow hut shaped like a Poké Ball will be on display! Enjoy the traditional drift ice festival, held during the drift ice season, together with Alolan Vulpix and friends.
■Dates: Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Sunday, February 11, 2024
■Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Closes at 4:00 PM on the final day)
*The 'Poké Lids' ice slide and snow hut are scheduled to close at 4:00 PM on both days.
*Hours may be shortened depending on weather conditions.

Ozora Town
Kon Kon Vulpix Ozora Illumination

Returning from its 2023 run at a new location! This illumination event features glowing monuments of Pokémon gathered in a magical lakeside forest enveloped in white snow and blue light. Alolan Vulpix and Vulpix will be at the venue, joined by Ice-type Pokémon featured on 'Poké Lids' from all over Hokkaido to cheer everyone on.
Don't miss the 'Night Snow Walk,' an activity on the frozen lake where you can experience the unique nature of Ozora Town.
■Dates: Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Sunday, February 25, 2024
*The 'Night Snow Walk' will be held on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays during the event period (registration is first-come, first-served at the venue on the day of the event).
*The event period and hours may be shortened depending on weather conditions.

*On Saturday, February 3, hours are 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Kon Kon Vulpix, Come to Okhotsk! Stamp Rally

A digital stamp rally you can easily join with your smartphone! Scan the QR codes at a total of seven locations in Abashiri City, Ozora Town, and Bihoro Town. Collect three or more stamps, and you'll be entered into a lottery to win prizes like real drift ice from the Sea of Okhotsk and local specialty products from each municipality.

Fly to Memanbetsu with AIRDO and get a special gift!
In February, fly on AIRDO's Tokyo (Haneda) - Memanbetsu route and receive a 'Vulpix Message Card with Hand Warmer'! If you're visiting from the Kanto region or elsewhere, be sure to get this special souvenir.

Alolan Vulpix and Vulpix are active as the 'Hokkaido Aficionado Expedition'!
As part of the 'Pokémon Local Acts' project, where each region's 'Support Pokémon' promotes local attractions, Alolan Vulpix and Vulpix were appointed to the 'Hokkaido Aficionado Expedition' in October 2018. Alolan Vulpix, a fox Pokémon that lives in the mountains, serves as the captain, while Vulpix, also a fox Pokémon, acts as the co-captain, continuing their activities to support Hokkaido.
To help promote Hokkaido, Alolan Vulpix and Vulpix have teamed up with Sazae Foods, a company that develops sweets using carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients, to create 'Vulpix-yaki'.
