Born in Shikaoi Town in Tokachi, Hokkaido, "Dede Poppo" is a yogurt filled with the love of the farm, featuring a rich cream layer and a deep, full-bodied flavor. This time, I'll compare and introduce its Plain and Semi-sweet flavors.

"Dede Poppo" is a yogurt made by "Country Home Fukei," a farm in Shikaoi Town, Tokachi, Hokkaido. Driven by the desire to feed their children delicious, safe, and healthy food, they began developing a low-acidity yogurt using fresh milk in 2003, and in 2005, "Dede Poppo" was born. The name comes from the cooing of the mountain doves they heard on the farm during their childhood.

When you open the lid, you're greeted by the natural aroma of fresh milk and a simple, pure white yogurt. Its greatest feature is the sweetness and aroma of the cream layer, a characteristic of being "non-adjusted and non-homogenized," which is difficult to achieve with mass-produced yogurts.

The moment you taste the "Plain" flavor, you'll be surprised by its richness. The distinctive cream layer offers the deep, melt-in-your-mouth taste of authentic yogurt. The yogurt itself has a milky flavor that you can appreciate without adding or subtracting anything. With very little acidity, it's not tiresome, and you can just keep eating more and more.

Many would agree that the "Semi-sweet" flavor is "a delicious dessert on its own." The added sugar is modest, so it's not overly sweet, and the acidity is also mild. However, the yogurt's inherent richness and the added sweetness match perfectly, making you feel like you're eating a luxurious dessert, yet with a clean aftertaste.
