The super popular ramen shop "Ame wa Yasashiku" uses white liver paste to add depth to the flavor of its ramen. What is the reason behind the carefully crafted flavor of the ramen that does not use any animal products in the soup base?

In 2014, "Ame wa Yasashiku" moved to its current location in Shiroishi Ward, Sapporo. Since opening, the restaurant has been the talk of the town for its "animal-free soup" that does not use any animal products, and the "white liver paste" that adds depth to the ramen's flavor, and it has become an instant hit. We will introduce the reason why its deliciousness captivates those who have eaten it.

The main store in Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo is convenient to visit by car. There are seven parking spaces available.

The main store of "Ame wa Yasashiku" is located about 3km away from JR Shiroishi Station. The second store, "Ame wa Yasashiku NO,2", is located at Kita 7 Higashi 3, closer to the center of Sapporo. The main store has two parking spaces in front of the store and five in the second parking lot, so we recommend coming by car. The stylish interior has seven counter seats and two other tables, making it perfect for groups.

The flavor changes gradually with the white liver paste! The most popular item is "White liver dried sardine miso"

The shop's signature dish, "White Liver Niboshi Ramen," is available in three flavors: miso, soy sauce, and salt, but the miso flavor is by far the most popular. It features "white liver paste," made by adding mushrooms and soy milk to white liver from Hokkaido, and a soup that uses no animal-based stock, but instead adds flavor with the first stock made from water-extracted dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp.

As you eat it and let the paste dissolve, the flavor changes. At first, the soup has a light base, but gradually more umami is added, and by the end, it has a rich, umami-filled soup.

Large pieces of pork and burdock tempura that absorbs the soup and becomes even more delicious.

The appearance is also three-dimensional, with a large slice of pork sliced on top and white liver paste on top. What really gives it its presence is the "burdock tempura." The crunchy texture and the batter that has absorbed the soup enhance the deliciousness of this bowl.

Although the name of the restaurant does not suggest a ramen shop at first glance, "Ame wa Yasashiku" serves "creative noodle dishes" that go beyond ramen. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also good, making it a friendly restaurant that even women can easily visit alone. Please enjoy a superb bowl of ramen.
