The main branch of 'Ame wa, Yasashiku' is located about 3km from JR Shiroishi Station. Incidentally, its second branch, 'Ame wa, Yasashiku NO,2,' is situated closer to the center of Sapporo at Kita 7 Higashi 3. The main branch has two parking spots in front of the store and five more in a second lot, making it convenient to visit by car. The stylish interior features 7 counter seats and 2 tables, making it suitable for groups as well.

The most popular dish, "Shirokimo Niboshi Ramen" (1,100 yen)
The shop's signature dish, "Shirokimo Niboshi Ramen," is available in miso, shoyu (soy sauce), and shio (salt) flavors, with miso being the overwhelming favorite. It features a unique "white liver paste" made from Hokkaido-sourced white liver, mushrooms, and soy milk, and a soup that adds umami using a primary dashi stock cold-brewed from niboshi (dried sardines), shiitake mushrooms, and kombu seaweed, completely free of any animal-based broth.
A light-flavored soup made without any animal-based broth.
As you eat and dissolve the paste, the flavor profile continuously changes. It starts as a light-based soup, but gradually, umami is added, and by the end, it transforms into a rich and deeply flavorful broth.

The homemade noodles are specially crafted to complement the soup.
The noodles are homemade, carefully designed to pair perfectly with the soup. These delicious noodles, with their distinct wheat flavor, are a perfect match for the soup as it evolves from light and refreshing to rich and savory.
Generously-sized chashu and gobo-ten that becomes even more delicious as it soaks up the soup.
The presentation is also striking, with a three-dimensional form featuring a large slice of chashu as a base, topped with the white liver paste. Adding to its presence is the "gobo-ten" (burdock root tempura). Its crisp texture and the batter, which soaks up the soup, elevate this delicious bowl of ramen.
A stylish atmosphere where even solo female diners can feel comfortable.
With a name that doesn't immediately suggest a ramen shop, 'Ame wa, Yasashiku' offers a "creative noodle dish" that transcends typical ramen. The interior has a wonderful atmosphere, making it a welcoming place where even women dining alone can feel at ease. Be sure to enjoy this exquisite bowl of noodles.
