Ramen Chikuma's popular menu item is "Chicken Soba with White Soy Sauce." At first glance, the soup looks like salt ramen, but it's made with plenty of "water chicken" chicken stock from Hokkaido-raised chickens, and the combination of white soy sauce is exquisite.
The golden chicken oil brings out the deliciousness even more.
The noodles that go well with the soup are medium-thin and straight. They are soft and go down smoothly. The noodles are long, allowing you to fully enjoy the thrill of slurping them up. They are boiled to perfection, taking into consideration the perfect match with the soup.

Another popular dish is the "Chuka Soba," which is a "double soup" made with their proud chicken stock and dried sardine stock. The exquisite balance and excellent soy sauce are what make it stand out.
Limited menu items that pay homage to local ramen are also popular
Furthermore, the bowls that pay homage to "local ramen" offered for a limited time are also extremely popular. The "Yamagata-style spicy miso ramen," which pays homage to a bowl from a very popular restaurant in Yamagata, is a bowl with a different flavor from Sapporo miso ramen.

Kobayashi, the owner of Ramen Takema, has enjoyed eating ramen on the go since he was a salaryman, and his dream was to open a ramen shop after retirement. He retired early due to various circumstances and considered other jobs, but decided that if he was going to open a ramen shop, it would be better to do it sooner rather than later, so he opened his own shop. Many fans are still enthralled by the bowls of ramen that express the wealth of knowledge he gained from eating out.
