EVENT 1 "Art Forest Marche Yahya Cafe" (Sapporo City), a place for interaction between students and the local community

The "Yaoyo Cafe" held in front of the Sapporo City University Art Forest Campus in Minami-ku, Sapporo is a community market created by students and the local community. It is a market that connects people of all ages and backgrounds with stalls, play areas, health consultations, and stages. The first event of 2025 will be held on Sunday, May 18th. There are plans to hold a total of six events, once a month thereafter.

EVENT 2 The expanding circle of Eastern Hokkaido in Tokyo: "Little Doto Petit" for young people who are interested in Eastern Hokkaido with the Tokyo Eastern Hokkaido Club (Tokyo)

"Little Doto Petit", a social event for young people who are interested in Eastern Hokkaido, will be held on Sunday, May 11th in Koto Ward, Tokyo! The event is aimed at people in their teens and twenties who are from Eastern Hokkaido or who are interested in Eastern Hokkaido. It is a casual gathering where people can talk about life in Tokyo, local feelings, career paths, etc. while enjoying a BBQ. Recommended for people who want to find new friends and connections!

EVENT 3 "Hokkaido Ocean Cleanup Campaign! Vol.5" held in 48 locations across Hokkaido (each region of Hokkaido)

"Hokkaido Ocean Cleanup Campaign! Vol.5", which aims to clean up the oceans of Hokkaido together, will be held at 48 locations across the prefecture on Wednesday, May 14th and Saturday, May 17th, 2025! It will be held at Iwanai Marine Beach and other coasts and rivers around the prefecture, and you can also join by meeting on-site. Registration opens at 9:30 and cleaning starts at 10:00. It is an environmental conservation initiative that beginners and families can easily participate in.

NoMaps is an urban festival that will be held in Sapporo in September. The kickoff event for NoMaps FOOD, a new genre launched in 2025, will be held on Thursday, May 15th. There will be the opportunity to taste prototypes and interact with the developers, such as the "croquette bread of the future" made with banana-derived starch and fish scale breadcrumbs.

EVENT 5 Paid forestry experience: "Serious reforestation in Urahoro Town! One-week part-time job tour 2025" (Urahoro Town)

The "Serious Afforestation! Part-time Job Tour 2025" to be held in Urahoro Town, Hokkaido, is a short-term tour for five nights and six days where you can experience forestry while also earning money. During the tour from May 11th to 16th, you will be planting trees with the cooperation of Kitamura Forestry, and the daily wage will be 9,200 yen. You will stay at the "Hahaha Hostel," and beginners and those with no experience in forestry are also welcome. This tour is recommended for those who are interested in forest creation and nature, and the deadline for applications is Friday, May 2nd.
