“Spring at the Aquarium 2026” - A Special Spring Exhibition by the Urban Aquarium

At AOAO SAPPORO, an urban aquarium in the heart of Sapporo, a special spring event themed around fish "fins" has begun. The special exhibition, "Fin Exhibition 2026: With Fins, You Can Do Anything," explores how fish have evolved by focusing on the shape and movement of their fins. The exhibit aims to cheer on those starting a new chapter in their lives, featuring displays of Betta fish, known for their beautiful fins, and a corner that delves into the wonders of fins.

Furthermore, the aquarium will host hands-on programs like fin-themed craft experiences and workshops. The bakery on the 6th floor will also feature a limited-time spring menu with sakura (cherry blossom) motifs, allowing visitors to enjoy the season in a unique aquarium setting.

“on-chan! 6-chan!! Spring Festival” - Featuring Stars and Characters from the Popular TV Show

This spring festival brings together HTB's popular mascot "on-chan" and the stars of its TV programs. It's an event where you can have fun with familiar faces from TV, with special talk shows, science shows, and public recordings. There are numerous activities for all ages, from children to adults, including fair games, workshops, a stamp rally, and a lottery. You can also take photos with the characters and receive gifts. Admission is free, so it's a great place to stop by while you're out shopping.
