This is Hokkaido's largest handmade festival, bringing together creators from within and outside of Hokkaido. A wide variety of unique handmade works, including accessories, fashion, illustrations, ceramics, and miscellaneous goods, are gathered in one place, creating a space that feels like a village.

Held at Hiraoka Park, known as one of Sapporo's premier plum blossom viewing spots, this festival coincides with the blooming of the plum trees. The park is filled with white and red plum blossoms, creating a beautiful landscape that signals the arrival of spring. Get the latest movie merchandise! A hands-on shop with a mystery-solving event, "Detective Conan Plaza"
The "Detective Conan Plaza," a limited-time shop for the highly popular series "Detective Conan," is opening at the Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store. Over 500 items will be available, including T-shirts, tote bags, acrylic stands, and merchandise related to the latest movie, with many exclusive items that can only be purchased here. Additionally, a mystery-solving event will be held at the venue, with participants receiving an original can magnet as a gift. Challenge 456 steps! A special experience climbing the TV tower on your own two feet, "Sapporo TV Tower GW Spring Stair Climb 2026"
A traditional Golden Week event is being held at Sapporo's symbol, the "Sapporo TV Tower." Participants can challenge themselves to climb 456 steps from the ground to the observation deck using the outdoor emergency staircase, which is normally closed to the public. The course, which takes about 10-15 minutes to climb, is popular every year as a casual exercise experience.
Participants who complete the climb will receive an original certificate of achievement. This time, you can also challenge the "stair descent." A variety of special Golden Week experience events will be held at the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, which boasts expansive views. There will be a wealth of special activities unique to this period, including the spring specialty "Sheep Shearing," "Train Kite Flying" against the blue sky, and the relaxing and healing "Sheep Walk Race."
There is a full range of content for everyone from children to adults to enjoy all day, including craft experiences like making original soaps and coasters, a stamp rally around the facility, and food trucks offering various gourmet treats. Paper airplanes and special tours! Two days to fully enjoy the dome, "Premist Dome Golden Week Special Project"
A special project will be held at the Daiwa House Premist Dome on May 4 and 5. During this period, the observation deck will be open at a special price, offering a chance to enjoy the view inside the dome for less than usual. Furthermore, a special dome tour held only on the 4th will take you on a different route than usual, allowing you to experience the facility's backstage areas thoroughly. There will also be a unique activity where you can fly paper airplanes towards the arena.
