1〈Viewpoint〉 Aikawa Viewpoint Parking (Kimobetsu Town )
From Sapporo, cross the Nakayama Pass to drive the Scenic Byway Hokkaido "Superior Road". Along Route 276, there are three viewpoint parking lots, each of which offers a different view of Mt. Yotei with a different ridge line.
The view from the Aikawa Viewpoint Parking (Kimobetsu Town) is like a scene from a movie. If your timing is good, you may see a "Scenic Cafe," a mobile vending van.

2〈Viewpoint〉Yotei Viewpoint Parking, Sarashin area (Kyogoku Town)
When you arrive at the Mt. Yotei Viewpoint parking lot in the Koshin area of Kyogoku Town, you will be struck by the beautiful contrast of the big sky, Mt. Yotei with its beautifully symmetrical ridges and the Shiribetsu River, which has been voted the clearest river in Japan, symbolize the viewpoint in Kyogoku Town. There are diamonds in the rough in the region. Our mission is to make them shine" are the sparkling words of a local activity group.

3Fukidashi Park (Kyogoku Town )
Fukidashi Park is home to Yotei's Fukidashi Spring, selected as one of the 100 best springs by the Environment Agency, and is crowded with many tourists seeking the famous water throughout the four seasons. The water temperature remains the same throughout the year, and the abundant water volume is approximately 80,000 tons per day. Bring your own PET bottle and enjoy the delicious spring water as a souvenir.

4〈Viewpoint〉 Yahata Viewpoint Parking (Kutchan-cho )
This viewpoint is the first in Hokkaido to be built with "no visible power lines" as part of the Scenic Byway Hokkaido initiative. Yotei and the Niseko mountain range can be seen from the deck, making it a favorite spot for many people to take pictures and draw pictures. The deck was installed by the Scenic Byway Community Action Group, which mows the grass around the deck and conducts cleanup activities several times a year to maintain a clean environment.

5Marche Yukidaruma
Take a short walk to Route 5 to visit Marche Yukidaruma, a store in Kutchan Town that sells fresh produce from the Goshi region. Located at the foot of Mt. Yotei, Marche Yukidaruma offers a wide variety of vegetables grown in the vast land and plentiful snowmelt water, as well as local products from the Goshi region. Recommended as a souvenir is the potato retort soup made from 100% Kutchan baron potatoes that have been stored under the snow all winter to increase their sugar content.

6Niseko Ekimae Onsen "Kira-no-yu
To end the drive, we went to Kairanoyu, a one-day hot spring in front of Niseko Station. The baths change daily between a Western-style bath with a granite open-air bath and a Japanese-style bath with a rock open-air bath. This is a day-trip bathing hot spring where not only locals but also tourists can casually drop in. Various events are held depending on the season, so be sure to check the website!
