Stone oven-baked pizzas starting at 600 yen each! A popular "take-out pizza specialty store" with authentic flavors

Pizza is delicious, but it's a little pricey, so you might think it's only for special occasions...? If you're one of those people, there's a restaurant in Kitahiroshima that we'd like you to know about. The name of the restaurant is "Ishigama-yaki Grazie." It is an authentic pizza specialty restaurant that bakes pizza in a stone oven and with firewood. The taste is amazing, but the price is also surprising. It's no wonder it's so popular! Grazie is located in Kitahiroshima City, right next to Mitsui Outlet Park. There is no eat-in space and it is take-out only, but customers are constantly coming in. It seems that even if you suddenly go to the store to order, you may have to wait for two hours (!), so it is best to order in advance via LINE. You may wonder, "Why is it so popular?" One of the reasons is the impressive stone oven that sits at the back of the store. This stone oven is made from Sapporo soft stone mined in Sapporo, which has good heat conductivity and excellent heat retention. It bakes at a high temperature, resulting in a crispy exterior and chewy interior. What's more, Grazie bakes pizza using firewood, which is a bit unusual. In fact, it is said that pizza is best baked in a short time. The secret to its deliciousness is the firewood that burns with flames. Now, let's take a look at some of the pizzas that interest you. The most popular is, of course, the "Margherita." Grazie uses plenty of ripe cherry tomatoes. The original sauce is of course mixed into the dough, giving it a rich tomato flavor! What's even more surprising is that it's only 600 yen including tax. Even if you add double the cheese, it's only 700 yen including tax, so it's very reasonable! The second most popular dish is the "Teriyaki Chicken" that is loved by both adults and children. It is full of chicken and very filling, yet only costs 1,000 yen including tax. Extremely reasonable! In fact, the owner has a particular preference for this price. During his seven years living in Europe, he was shocked by how delicious and cheap the pizza was, and his desire to make it possible for people in Japan to enjoy delicious pizza in a more casual way led him to open Grazie. Another pizza that is popular among women is the "Prosciutto Salad" (1,000 yen including tax). It is full of raw vegetables and prosciutto, which goes perfectly with the crispy and chewy crust. And, as expected, it's reasonably priced! Grazie also has other menu items besides pizza. One of them is the "yakiimo" (baked sweet potato) baked in a stone oven. It's sticky and sweet, and apparently a hidden popular menu item. Please check out the official website for other menu items that we were not able to introduce here, such as the monthly pizza. However, you will definitely want to eat it, so be prepared. <Stone oven baked gracie> Address: 3-6-9 Omagari Saiwai-cho, Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido Phone: 011-802-5525 Closed: Tuesdays and Wednesdays Official website: https://www.ishigamayaki-grazie.jp LINE account: @tiz1566a *QR code available on official website
