We've Got a Catch! Oh!! Fish Fair ~Herring Fair~

In recent years, the production volume of Japanese amberjack, sardines, and herring has increased due to changes in the marine environment and other factors. However, in Hokkaido, awareness and consumption of these fish species remain low. To further expand demand, we will hold menu fairs at restaurants and other establishments throughout Hokkaido, targeting these fish species, and conduct PR through the fair. A menu grand prix will also be held, where participants can win prizes by lottery.
