To get there, take the Otake-Mibuka Route (Highway 49) from Otake, cross the mountain, and after descending, hit the Shimokawa-Yubu Route (Highway 60). Turn left and follow the Shimokawa-Yubu line. On the right side of the Horonaikoshitoge Pass, you will see a sign that reads "Kammon-no-taki Waterfall Entrance. Continue on the forest road, and on the way you will come to a fork for Kammon-no-taki Falls and Piyasiri Marsh, so head in the direction of Kammon-no-taki Falls.
