SPOT
Tenninkyo
Tenninkyo is located at the southeastern foot of Daisetsuzan National Park, upstream of Chubetsu River flowing from Mt.
The columnar joints formed over a long period of time are the symbol of Tenninkyo.
The scenery created by "Hagoromo Falls" (270 m drop), the highest waterfall in Hokkaido, and the Chubetsu River, which bisects the cliff, creates an atmosphere that is uniquely Japanese.
