Hakodate Harist Orthodox Church
The predecessor of Hakodate Harist Orthodox Church was a consulate annexed cathedral built by the first Russian consul, Goshkevich. The current church was reconstructed in 1916 and has a beautiful exterior with white plastered brick walls and green copper shingle roof. It is designated as a National Important Cultural Property.
