Apt Room is a one-on-one private personal gym where you can have fun and see results.
We offer personal training aimed at dieting, improving posture, building physical strength, etc. Even customers who are new to the gym or who are not good at exercise will be supported by a dedicated personal trainer with a training menu tailored to each individual's physical level so that they can feel the effects without any strain.

For first-time customers, we ask that you make a reservation for a 50-minute trial of personal training for 1,000 yen (regular price 3,000 yen). Please make a reservation for your desired date and time via the store's official LINE account or by phone.
