Jankenpon
Biratori Wagyu steak using rare cuts & 100% Biratori Wagyu hamburger steak.
Jankenpon has a stylish exterior with a distinctive triangular roof, located along National Route 237 in Biratori-cho, Saru-gun, Hokkaido.
The "Biratori Wagyu" used in the popular dishes is a masterpiece forged in the harsh nature of Hokkaido, with the passionate dedication of its producers.
A characteristic of Biratori Wagyu is that by enduring the winter cold of Biratori-cho, the meat's umami is concentrated, resulting in a richly flavored beef.
A secret sauce is used for the steak, and a 30-year traditional Japanese-style soy sauce-based sauce is used for the hamburger steak.
Please also enjoy the side dishes and salad using delicious rice, Momotaro tomatoes, and vegetables from Biratori, with a focus on local production for local consumption!
