Located next to the Indian Water Wheel, "Suisha" is a café and local product sales and processing facility where you can enjoy dishes using Toyoura's seasonal seafood and ingredients. Seikosha, the company that operates the cafe, originally ran a fishing business and opened "Suisha" in 2018, which also has processing facilities for scallops and other products. The scallop curry, which uses scallops that the staff fished and landed themselves, is one of the restaurant's specialties. The dish is filled with plump, thick scallops, and is a must for scallop lovers. In the fall, the fresh salmon roe bowl made with salmon caught in Toyoura is available only during the season, so be sure to check it out.
The owner also displays and sells a wide variety of artworks selected by local craftspeople, so it is fun just to stop by after a walk in Indian Water Wheel Park.
