Miyanomori Park, located on a hill overlooking the Sea of Japan, has athletic playground equipment made of natural wood, an azumaya, and a walking trail where visitors can enjoy forest bathing.
The park is also a popular place for recreation and relaxation, with ancient itaya maple trees and cherry trees planted in the park.
From the parking lot overlooking the Japan Sea with Tate-no-misaki Cape below, visitors can see Okushiri Island and Yurakubudake in the distance, and the park is known as a spectacular spot for watching the sunset over the Japan Sea.
