The tourist information counter is crowded with tourists all year round.
It is a convenient facility that offers everything you need for sightseeing in Nemuro, and the kindness of the staff is so popular that many tourists write to thank them for their hospitality.
It also functions as a terminal for regular and sightseeing buses, and the staff awaits your visit with the latest information on events, as well as recommended sightseeing routes in the city, lodging information and reservations, meals, souvenirs, and of course, consultation.
During the tourist season, we receive more than 50 inquiries a day from all over Japan.
